Earlier this week, a complete new look came to our organization’s website: Reno Tahoe Winter Games Coalition.
Capturing the iconic image of Lake Tahoe that was donated to us for its use by local photographer Chris Talbot, the new pages have been created with our site visitors in mind…providing navigation tools that give them easy access to information about us and our mission, as well as upcoming events plus the ability to volunteer with us and donate to our efforts.
Rich Ferguson, founder and owner of Sutter Systems LLC, put his IT and website design skills to the task and created the new site. Ferguson, a former Chief of IT Engineering for the White House, also generously donated his time and work for the project. RTWGC Sports Development Director Paul Heglar and Director OF Development Keri Cassinelli worked overtime to learn how to populate the site with content and to make changes as necessary moving forward, keeping our stream of information and interactivity as fresh and interesting as possible.
“We’re so thankful to Rich for taking on our website project,” said RTWGC Chief Executive Officer Jon Killoran. “He’s provided us with a fresh look that captures the essence of who we are and what we represent. Keri and Paul also deserve our appreciation for their tireless effort and hours spent familiarizing themselves with all aspects of our website design. We will now be able to make immediate updates and edits.”
We invite you to log on and surf the new site. Then drop us an email and let us know what you think.
