Vice Chairman
John has a diverse background in land use planning and has led the conceptual design and land entitlement process for many land use changes and development projects including commercial, residential and planned communities. He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and his graduate degree from the Urban Planning School at the University of Southern California. John is an active member of the Executive Board of the Builders Association and serves on the Design Committee of the National Association of Home Builders. Additionally, he is active in several professional organizations.
